The founders of Skylight Staffing, William Rhody and Christopher Savery, are two entrepreneurial spirits with a passion for helping others. They turned their unique business backgrounds into captivating synergy and formed Skylight Staffing, an executive recruiting firm that specializes in the construction industry. Specifically niched construction space, our dedicated team is adept at finding quality talent for even the most difficult positions.

Our Founders

Christopher Savery

Partner

Christopher (Chris) serves as the Managing Partner at Skylight Staffing. A Graduate of The University of Florida with a Bachelor of Sociology and a Concentration in Business, Chris has a natural entrepreneurial spirit that helps guide him as the Chief Visionary at Spartan. In his first role after graduating college, Chris worked his way into the Store Manager position at Abercrombie, quickly teaching him how to effectively manage people. He then transitioned into a Sales role with a local healthcare organization before eventually turning his attention towards Staffing. With almost a decade of Recruiting experience, Chris’ skill set is constantly evolving to match our ever-changing industry.
Chris has served in a number of philanthropic roles, acting as a Mentor for the Big Brothers / Big Sisters Program while also Volunteering as a Firefighter and EMT. He is currently a Board Member of the West Palm Beach Sustainability Committee, having been personally appointed by the Mayor.
Chris is an avid Florida Gator sports fan, often attending games in Gainesville while also traveling across the Southeast for road games. He has attended the College World Series, the NCAA Basketball Tournament, and multiple National Championship football games. In his free time, Chris loves to work out and has recently added long swims to his fitness regimen in anticipation of competing in his first Ironman. He has been a part of multiple CrossFit competitions while also enjoying recreational sports in local leagues. Chris loves the outdoors, spending a great deal of time hiking, biking, and camping. Ultimately, his goal is to complete the entirety of the Appalachian Trail.
William (Will) is a Partner at Skylight Staffing, serving as the CFO/COO. He has a diverse background in operations, new business development, accounting and finance, and leadership in multiple entrepreneurial organizations. Prior to co-founding Skylight Staffing, Will cut his teeth in the insurance industry, developing new sales techniques while fine-tuning his relationship-building skills.
As a life-long athlete, Will found immense success in college football, eventually earning All-American honors. Keeping himself close to the game, Will proudly serves on the Lou Groza committee – part of the National College Football Awards Association Coalition – and is a member of the Palm Beach County Sports Commission. He has taken that same competitive spirit, drive, and determination from the field and implemented it into daily life.
Will and his wife Ashley reside in Tequesta, Florida and are extremely excited to have recently welcomed their first child together, William James Rhody III. In his time away from Skylight, Will is an avid outdoorsman, spending much of his free time either on the boat or at his Georgia ranch.
